Payment for commissions must be made in full before the commission is started. The specific terms of these payments will be discussed beforehand. Please note that your commission will not be initiated until payment is received. If there are other individuals on the waitlist, your position may be forfeited if payment is not made within a week.The pricing of the work(s) may be adjusted based on the intricacy of the design or request. Please note that the inclusion of additional props and characters will have a significant effect on the overall cost. A final price will be provided after a thorough discussion of the commission details. For the sketch revisions, there will be a maximum of two rounds allowed. If necessary, I may permit one additional round for color adjustments. It is essential that you provide me with extensive details for each revision round in order to enhance efficiency and minimize the requirement for extra revisions. After you have received the final product, minor modifications can still be accommodated. However, any further revisions beyond this point will incur an extra fee, which can be discussed privately.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
The duration of creating artwork can vary from one to eight weeks. Throughout the process, I will provide regular updates on the progress. However, please feel free to reach out at any time if you have any questions or concerns or if you'd like an update on the status of your commission. If you have a specific deadline that falls within this timeframe, I am able to prioritize your commission for an additional fee. It is important to note that acceptance of the deadline is not guaranteed. Otherwise, commissions are completed on a first-come-first-serve basis.USE
All commissions will be shared on social media or used for promotional purposes unless specified otherwise. I may also stream the process of creating the artwork on Twitch or other streaming services. If you prefer to keep your commission private, please indicate so on the form. Please note that my public Trello commission queue may allow others to see if you are getting something commissioned from me. If you would like to remain anonymous in the queue, please mention it in the form.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Commissions are strictly intended for personal use only and cannot be traced, sold, or reproduced for any commercial purposes. Commercial use of commissions is prohibited unless explicitly discussed and negotiated beforehand. I maintain all rights and ownership over the completed work, and it cannot be resold without my consent. If you have any doubts about whether your intended use falls under personal or commercial use, feel free to ask for clarification.For personal use, you are allowed to utilize the artwork as a profile picture, share it on social media platforms, incorporate it into VTuber schedules, and include it in social media banners or panels. However, commercial use involves printing the artwork on merchandise or selling prints of it. Whenever you make use of the artwork, please remember to credit me appropriately. It is not permissible to turn commissions into NFTs or employ them in AI training.As the artist, I retain all rights pertaining to showcasing commissioned works on my social media accounts, utilizing them in promotional materials, live-streaming the creation process, etc. Nonetheless, if you wish for your commissioned piece to remain private, kindly notify me so that I can respect your request. Moreover, when reposting the commissioned artwork elsewhere online, please ensure that proper credit is given by including links to my social media handles whenever feasible.REFUNDS
Refunds will NOT be issued once the work has been finalized. However, if a commission is canceled during the sketch/planning phase, a 50% refund of the amount paid thus far will be granted. Once the sketch phase has concluded, cancellations can still be made, but no refunds will be issued unless the cancellation was initiated by me. In such cases, you will only be charged for the completed work and any remaining balance will be refunded. Please note that this circumstance is rare and typically occurs only if I encounter difficulties completing the commission.COMMUNICATION
